I had a good experience with this office. I am grateful Taylor responded to my questions with straight forward answers. With little hesitation Dr. Nguyen quickly performed the procedure I had requested. I am still healing and my feet are in a better condition. There might be more complexity to my foot issue because the underlying concern still exists to a lesser degree. If time doesn't heal the problem, then I would trust Dr. Nguyen with future treatments.

Dr Nelson and his staff are very kind and helpful. This review is related to the ingrown toenail surgery service. I received this surgery, which was quite painful, with the hopes of having my ingrown toenails permanently removed. Unfortunately, it appears they both grew back :( so I'm right back where I was a year ago, manually cutting them out at home. When I tried to circle back to review my options there is only one option which is to redo the consultation and procedure at full cost. So, if you're considering this procedure just know that it is a long recovery, costs a pretty penny, and in the end you could be right back where you started, with painful ingrown toenails.

Dr. Nelson is wonderful. He is very knowledgeable, gentle and kind. My daughter had warts on her feet and he was able to remove them without hurting her or causing any pain. I would definitely return and highly recommend him. His office is also very organized and clean. Staff is friendly and polite.
