I have been going to this dentist office since I was 8. I'm now 22 and Dr.Mai is the only dentist I trust to work on my teeth. The waiting area is always clean, the receptionist are super friendly and the best part is Dr. Mai is sooo gentle! I have never been in pain while in her chair. I only learned just how spoiled I was when I tried to go to another office and had to stop the other dentist because I could feel him drilling into my teeth. Dr. Mai is very careful not to do so. When I need a filling, she always numbs my gums with oral gel BEFORE giving me a numbing shot. She asks through out the procedure too, just to make sure it's working. Soooo, if your looking for a dentist office, stop by here. You won't be disappointed. 😊😊😊

Absolutely terrible experience after coming here for 10 plus years, I will never come back again. The internal staff blatantly and intentionally attempts to take advantage of patients for no reason. This in itself is very minuscule but the sheer waste of time and unprofessionalism irks me. They pretend to be confused when caught trying to take advantage of you and then begin coming up with reasons that are not just. All in the while, the only thing that has angered me is that I wasted my time. Even after clear and concise communication. The Dentist herself is amazing and does a wonderful job. Only when the staff actually takes the time to listen and schedule properly instead of looking for opportunities to take advantage of you or your insurance.
