Taking into consideration all the other reviews, I’m giving this office 5 stars. The person who commented about their interview experience — this really isn’t the place for that. Parents are here to learn about the quality of dental care, not to read about personal frustrations with an interview process. For those upset about waiting an hour past their appointment time: that’s unfortunately common at most doctors’ offices. Yes, it’s annoying, but we don’t always know what happened before us. And since this is a pediatric dental office, I can easily imagine delays due to working with children who may be scared or need extra time and care. Our overall experience has been good. We’ve been coming here for about three years. At our very first visit, we did wait over an hour, but there were a

I have been going to this dental office since 2021, and unfortunately, the quality of service has declined over time. While I’ve never been seen exactly at my scheduled appointment time, today was by far the worst experience. My daughter had a 3:00 PM appointment, and we arrived a few minutes early. She was not seen until 4:12 PM over an hour of waiting. During that time, between 6 to 10 children who arrived after us were seen first. When I brought this up to the front desk I was told she would be next yet more children continued to be called in before her. Eventually, I was given the excuse that the others were just getting X-rays, which raises the question: what’s the point of appointment times if they’re not being honored? I also asked to speak with someone in charge, and was told th

I have been taking my children here for a few years and at first the service was A1. Today it has been the worse appt ever. Our appt was for 5pm, we get there 5 mins to 5 and don’t get called until 5:52. I then ask the front desk what’s the wait and she first says give her a min to find out to then come back and say they are delayed. Really?! I know that. She then said they will be done in 20 mins. 20 mins turned out to be 2 hours of waiting. It’s unfortunate because once you grow a relationship with your dentist especially your child’s you want to keep it. After today I won’t be back. The dentist isn’t professional as she was and just lost her class. I will make sure to not ever recommend this place to no one and make it known not to take your babies there . Save you the disappointment.

This place is a scam!!! They will try to charge you co-pays even when your insurance fully covers it. The staff act as if they are you doing you a favor with a tremendous amount of attitude. They will try to get you as parents to stay in the waiting room while they work on your small child alone. Stay with your kids!!! This place will text you 2-3 times a day, call you everyday to confirm your appointment (annoying) They will make you wait an hour past your appointment time but charge you a late/cancellation fee. Go somewhere else and save yourself a headache.

I’m deeply disappointed with our experience. My 3-year-old was seen and diagnosed with a cavity on a back tooth. I was told it needed to be extracted and replaced with a silver crown under liquid sedation — a very alarming recommendation for such a young child. When I mentioned I wanted a second opinion, it suddenly changed — the same dentist rechecked and said there was no cavity after all. I was left feeling misled, confused, and incredibly anxious for my child. I can’t understand how an extraction was suggested for a baby tooth that would naturally fall out. I will not be returning and do not recommend this practice. Parents, please trust your gut and seek a second opinion if something doesn’t feel right.
