Park Place Healthcare

Park Place was there for my Uncle and family and has an amazing staff. My Uncle was previously at another nursing facility ran by a different company and they were horrible. He was transferred to Park Place and immediately stepped up to provide compassionate care. Juan was attentive to my Uncle and helped him feel human again. The staff were all friendly and caring not just for my Uncle but for all of the patients. We saw the staff being caring and respectful and the residents looked well cared for and happy. The building was recently remodeled and was clean. I panicked when I saw the reviews, but the director assured me things have changed for the better and she was right. Give them a chance to show you that things have changed for the better and I hope the new ownership continues to allo

Park Place Healthcare & Rehab has been a blessing for our family. The nursing staff is attentive, the therapy team works hard, and everyone treats residents with respect and kindness. The building is clean, communication is good, and I feel like my loved one is safe and truly cared for here.

I really wish I had not put my father in this God Awful place I feel like he would still be alive if I had not. The administrator was a lying, attitude having person who knowingly covered up for her lying staff. One nurse, who was the only nurse on duty left the facility on some personal business, in the meantime my father had a stroke and the administrator, told me he "disciplined her" but oddly cooked the books so that State didnt see that. They dropped my dad getting out of the car when I arrived to admit him, and lied about that too! So much so say about this place. He was only there for 3 days!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU WANT YOUR FAMILY MEMBER TO LIVE, DO NOT ADMIT THEM HERE!

Park Place Healthcare facility helped me to recover from a severe injury to my left leg. The care and assistance I received from skilled nursing allowed me to recover and move to a rehab hospital to further my care. The staff at Park Place are the greatest people to work with and were there for all of my needs. Physical therapy helped me get up and start my long recovery. Liz from physical therapy got me up and out of the bed and on the road getting better and I can’t thank her enough. Jami who was a therapist was wonderful to work with and helped me in so many ways. Occupational therapy worked with me and helped me gain my strength back and how to take care of myself. The worst place to put your loved one. They answer the phone with an attitude. This place is under investigation by the attorney general. And I just got word that the state is there. So many things went wrong when I put my mother here. I don't even know were to begin. My mother had a stroke leaving her paralyzed on her right side of her body This was a life changing nightmare for the both of us. first week she was there they left her in her wheel chair over night with her arm pinned under her she was crying and yelling all night no one came until 7:24 I showed up that morning and I was in tears the way they left my mother I soon filed charges agminated the staff for elderly neglect. I am working on another place for her ASAP. This past Sunday they skipped giving my mother breakfast. Somet
