Park Nursing Home

I visitt my brother Hilton Martinez on February 5 .on his birthday . The two members of the staff help me sett of nice surprice for my brother . They were very nice my brother was happy . I'm thankful to them .

I visited my brother today at park nursingwhere he is recovering from serious injuries. During my visit I observed extremely unsanitary and unsafe conditions: filthy floors and bathrooms, a strong urine odor, and severely contaminated ice machines. I have photos documenting this. I reported this immediately to the on-site supervisor, but was told the machines would continue to run despite the contamination. This poses a major health risk to all residents. I am requesting an urgent inspection, immediate cleaning/sanitizing, and closure of unsafe equipment until it is remedied. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and the steps you will take.

Went to visit a friend ain’t no way I would put a family member in this place patient everywhere in the hall in wheelchairs the place looks like a dump they needs to upgrade this place my friend been without a tv for about a year nurses hiding in corners on they phones ain’t no way the furniture and beds are old and falling apart God bless my friend her family needs to come visit her and put her somewhere else it’s a shame how family don’t visit they loves one it’s sad.

Warm, yet highly professional staff from top to bottom. I felt so confident that my loved one would receive competent, compassionate care. I had peace of mind and no second guessing as my husband and I left our brother in his new home. Everyone was so kind, really, genuinely I think. They were quite open, nice and accommodating. I believe my brother in law will be very happy in his new digs.

It’s terrible living there nasty smells bad and beds are old therapy is not making patients do there work milking their insurance it’s horrible there cna on there phones it’s liveable I don’t know how I’m the world the facility did fail inspection
