Rockaway Park Urgent Care

I went in on a Sunday on a holiday weekend. No waiting. Very friendly and helpful. If you have been here before it’s great because all your id and info are in the system. You just have to sign in. The technician was very professional and explained everything they were going to do and how long everything would take. Been here many times for different things. It is also kept very clean. The waiting area and the exam rooms. Highly recommend it.

Doctor saw me in a reasonable amount of time. Filling out paperwork always sucks though. I was property diagnosed, tested and given the appropriate medications to treat my condition. The Dr was quite personable and took the time to listen to my concerns, which he addressed. Overall an excellent experience here.

Rockaway Park Urgent Care is the best!!! This Urgent Care has the best Doctors & Nurses. Everyone is so kind to you. I went there along with my dad & they provided us both with the best care. The wait wasn’t long at all, wayyyyy better than the usual Hospital emergency room, where they legit make you wait for like 3-4 hrs!!!!! Over here it just took me overall 20 minutes, Dr. France is amazing, she’s so sweet & will make sure you get the best care. I highly recommend this place. The way they care & are concerned about their patients is unmatched!! 🙏😊

The staff is very friendly and try to accommodate everyone to the best of their abilities. I went there for multiple rapid and PCR tests over the last year. I’ve been there when I was one of the few patients there and I’ve also been when there was a line out the door. Everyone is attended to professionally and in order in all scenarios. The center is clean and organized. Great urgent care center.

The clinic is clean and pleasant. The receptionist and nurse were very nice and friendly. We took our covid tests quickly and had results within a short time. Would definitely use them again if I need testing or care.
