Park Nicollet Urgent Care Plymouth

Have been here a few times and always had a good experience. From admission to discharge, all staff has been friendly and accommodating and wait times have been short (the book ahead option isn’t always perfect but it’s better than anything offered anyplace else.) When reading some of these other reviews I can’t believe they are writing about the same place. As seniors, you are often dismissed as urgent care patients because your medical histories can be somewhat complex. Twice my husband has been saved from hospital admission by the care he received there. PA Ross Golla gave us exceptional care just recently. We drive out of our way to come to this clinic when we need care.

What a great place. Drs and nurses that know their stuff. Caught and diagnosed my congestive heart failure when I thought it was the flu. Never had to wait more than 15 mins to be seen. A+++ for this palce

I went to this urgent care because their website listed the specific service I needed. When I arrived and met with the doctor, I was told they couldn’t actually provide it that day because the right staff member wasn’t working. They advised me to go to the ER instead — and then I received a $500 bill. If their website had been accurate, I would have gone straight to the ER and avoided the unnecessary cost. Very disappointing and misleading experience

I went to this not-BBB-accredited facility for anuual physical checked up and got billed $363 for office visit. The billing department told me that it was because I answered doctors’s question if I have any health concerns. It does not matter that it was just a conversation that did not results in any treatment or prescription. People are nice, doctors are nice, and the billing department are also great people. But the business process is predatory and abusive. Avoid this business at all cost, or it will cost a fortune for responding to any questions from this facility.

Long wait despite using the service to save a space in line. Arrived and was told there was one person in front of me. 1.5 hours later I finally saw a healthcare provider. Doesn’t appear to be adequate staffing.
