Very calm atmosphere, and everyone was welcoming from the start. Matthew greeted me at the front desk, and Shana was so friendly and great at explaining everything she was doing. Dr. Moore was also wonderful at explaining the process, and I learned a lot about my eyes during this appointment. Yoselin took her time helping me find the perfect glasses, I’m VERY picky when it comes to any type of glasses, so I truly appreciated her patience. The two ladies at checkout, Rubi and Gracie, made the checkout process smooth and easy. Overall I would recommend this location to anyone trying to find a good pair of glasses or who may have any type of problem with their eyesight.

I had a fantastic visit today! everyone was so professional and kind! Lisa made check-in a breeze, and Anitza was thorough during the pre-exam. Dr. Eder was attentive, answered all my questions, and provided clear recommendations. Gracie wrapped things up smoothly at checkout. The whole team made the process efficient and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Kelsey greeted us with a smile, checked us in and helped us with additional appointments. Aritza, the tech scribe was also very helpful and kind. I was worried about seeing a different doctor other than Kennedy, but Dr. Eder quickly put me at ease. He explained my issue clearly and answered all of my questions with patience. Gracie checked us out and also helped us with questions regarding insurance. We were very happy with my experience and grateful for the kind and helpful staff. Unfortunately, in today's world, we don't often see smiles from staff, so it was much appreciated.

What a contrast visiting Kennedy Vision Compared to my last eye doctor visit! I am so Very Impressed with the advanced technology they are using. Their Pre - Doctor guy was actually very engaged and he was so articulate in explaining every step during the process. FAR CRY from the last eye doctor! And doctor Chase was so engaging with such beautiful optimism in a real world sense. I didn't even know there were still people in the industries or vocations like this. My husband and I have been patients at Kennedy Vision since the 1990s and we couldn't be more pleased with the care we've received! There isn't a single person at the clinic that hasn't been pleasant to deal with. Dr. Eder rocks! We are so excited that Kennedy Vision has a beautiful new clinic in Plymouth, even more convenient for us.
