Park Nicollet Same Day Surgery Maple Grove

Literally the worst ever. My husband had a colonoscopy scheduled here at 8:45. He was told that we needed to arrive at 8. They just took him back at 9:15. I asked a few questions & Kelly at the front desk was very rude. She seemed very inconvenienced with the questions I asked & was annoyed with me. She disnt have any if she answers as she told me they are separate from "Endo"? If you dont know the answer, then find out? My husband is a patient here & ir blatantly seemed as tho his procedure wasnt important because he was here for "endo"? This is his 1st colonoscopy & he was made to feel unimportant. We will be unimportant back here. WORST PATIENT EXPERIENCE EVER.

My procedure at the Maple Grove endoscopy center was stellar! Every clinician, the gastroenterologist, the anesthesiologist and anesthetist, nurses and support staff operated with excellent patient service and clarity. Everything for my test was thoroughly explained and all of my concerns were addressed prior to my procedure starting. I highly recommend this surgery/endoscopy center and will use them again!!

I’ve had a few minor surgeries at different hospitals, and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. My procedure was on time, the staff walked me through exactly what to expect beforehand, they immediately got me a warm blanket when I was a little chilly, and the doctor briefly explained my results when I woke up from anesthesia. Everything was clean, the staff were all friendly and professional, and I felt completely comfortable the whole time.

It's a hospital/ same day surgery center. It has its bumps and ups and downs based upon life and the humans it deals with. However, the most part they did a wonderful job and if I have anything to be done in the future I would not hesitate to come back.
