I am really glad that my family friend has gotten such great care at Park Manor of West Chase. The staff was really helpful and kind from the time we walked in. They really care about the individuals that live there. As soon as you walk in, you'll feel at home in the clean, well-kept, and friendly ambiance of the facility. The nurses devote great attention to each patient and do all they can to make sure they are comfortable and healthy. They spend time getting to know each resident, which makes them much happier overall. I strongly suggest the therapy services. From the moment you step into Park Manor Westchase, you can feel the special vibe & the smell? It’s a testament to the love and attention they put into everything! Working with Pheobe, the social worker, has been such a joy. She’s incredibly helpful, super open, and genuinely cares about her patients and their families. Her warmth and professionalism make the whole experience so much smoother and more personal. Mayra, the Director of Nursing, brings a joyful spirit and a wealth of knowledge to the team. You can tell she truly cares about every resident and leads with both heart and expertise. The entire staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to lend a hand. It’s refreshing to see a facility where compassion and quality care go hand in hand.

When I got here I couldn't walk and was in bad health. After the great help with the therapy I was walking again. The therapist were great everyday with me gaining my strength and helping me in everyway possible to become independent. It was a journey but with all the help I received I am very happy and great full for all the help.

My mom has been at this skilled nursing facility for over a month. She has been in rehabilitation at other facilities with nothing but issues I highly recommend Park Manor for the care my mom received. The maintenance man Tino Orduno keeps the facility looking amazing. For the first time, if my mom had any building problems he immediately responded. He goes and assist other departments with their duties as well. I have a huge admiration for a maintenance supervisor that passes and feeds residents. My brother had a stroke in February, he suffered memory loss and was unable to standup & walk, and was transferred from hospital to Park Manor @Westchase for his rehab and long term care. At the beginning I didn’t have too much faith in this facility based on some of the past reviews. but not long after, because I was in and out there almost daily and weekly, I realized this is a well organized facility. From the top, the administrator, who obviously is a very hard working and hands on, also a very approachable and problem solving leader, with all her staff, it has a well run integrated professional team.
