Park Gardens Rehabilitation & Nursing Center

I was a patient for a 15 months. Everyone does an acceptable job and several shine brightly. The kitchen tries to accommodate special requirements and requests for alternatives. Special thanks to nurses Joel, David, and Nana. To aides Pepe and Susana, thanks for your diligent care. Activities director Karen and all their staff do a great job. My only critique is that if the patient needs care at night especially, I'd recommend them having a cell phone. That way they can call the nurse's station. They do their best.

This place is THE WORST!! Please save your family member and do NOT send them here. The rep Abe lied to me about the participants that they serve. Stating that they are a short term care place but in reality, they are nursing facility. The nurse ignored my father’s request for food. Left him sitting in his own piss for hours and when he fell, they misreported his injuries. The head nurse came in and ignored my father’s illness and berated him for the failures that the staff should have managed. While there a patient with mental issues was allowed to get on an elevator with me and even though the bells rang out no one came to get the patient I had to coax her out of the elevator. This place is ridiculously dismissive of the patients and it puts people in danger. Save your family member and

My mother, Rosi Santiago, needs rehabilitation, so I placed her in Park Gardens Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. The entire staff is amazing, and they have taken excellent care of her. Mrs. Georgia Thomas is my mother's social worker, and she is incredibly caring. Additionally, my mother's aide, Pepa, is fantastic; she treats my mother as if she were her own. I highly recommend Park Gardens to anyone in need of a nursing home or rehabilitation for their loved ones. Please don’t pay attention to the negative reviews; I love my mother and am her advocate, so I would never choose a place where she could be abused or mistreated. Everyone at this facility is compassionate and empathetic.

My father was in the care of the wonderful staff from November until April . Within his stay with the physical therapist at Park Garden he's made a full recovery and was able to return home. The staff kept in constant communication and provided updates on my father's recovery. Would definitely recommend leaving loved ones in the caring hands of the Park Gardens staff

I would recommend this nursing home to everyone! Thad staff and employees are so kind and welcoming that it makes me feel safe when it comes to my sister who is a resident. They keep me up to date on everything and call me when her scheduled review comes up with regards to the health and well-being of my family member. Kudos to Park Gardens!
