The doctor was very courteous and professional. All the services provided were professionally sound. My disappointment was the post consultation after a check-up for the deep-cleaning that was done 4 weeks prior. After poking my gums to determine the depths of damages, she recommended a periodontist, and also referred one. Then, in a impersonal way, she painted a grim pictures of possibilities of oral surgeries (in detail), tooth extractions, etc. Due to my low tolerance of pain, I did some research and found non-invasive treatments that are available even people with progressed gum disease. Very thorough and professional cleaning. They give you sunglasses for the exam light which I thought was a nice touch.

Went in asked if they’re were hiring for any dental assistants. Front desk women both looked at me in a disgusted manor and said we’re not hiring any assistants. Guess a black man isn’t supposed to come in and ask questions. Highly offended. Desensitized.

I highly recommend Ms. Park! The office is clean and comfy, and the staffs are so welcoming! I was really nervous about the price because my teeth are bad, but the charges are super super budget friendly, and this is truly a big bang for your bucks! I enjoy the professionalism that Ms. Park demonstrated as well. She was gentle, thorough, and quick! I had the option to wear noise canceling headphones and tune in my music during the procedure, so it really eased my nerve. Overall, amazing experience and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The doctor is very descriptive about my cases and provides various options for the patient to choose from. I felt like she prioritized the relationships with her patients. She even did the cleaning and scaling. The receptionist is really nice as well. The dentistry building is new and clean, close to I 85 exit 104. And the pricing is reasonable. This is where I would recommend my friends and family to come to.
