Park Chemists Pharmacy

This pharmacy really deserves 5 stars, however one bad apple can ruin it for the bunch. I have been using this pharmacy for years, and have never had an issue with delivery or refills. The female staff are wonderful, however, there is a new gentleman working there. Imagine talking to a wall, when speaking with him, that’s basically what you’re doing. Actually, you may get more of a response from the wall. It’s not the first time I have complained about him. I do admire that his fellow colleagues don’t want to throw him under the bus. This is the only reason I am writing publicly. I want to make sure the owner / higher ups are aware of what is going on. He is really messing with people’s lives. So happy Park Chemists opened a second location closer to me!! Their customer service is A++, I can’t say enough good things about their staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, and their store is always fully stocked with everything that you may need. If you need an amazing pharmacy experience, don’t hesitate to move your prescriptions and business to Park Chemists!

It’s the little things in the world that matter the most to me! Park Chemist is not my normal pharmacy, but ever since I started this new dermatologist; they utilize Park Chemist and I have nothing but positive things to say. First, I love that they deliver. They are efficient on time and in constant communication for delivery. Second, not a month goes by without a call to check in on the refill of a prescription if it’s needed or to follow up when I do need a refill. They are always so kind and patient as well. Today, they stole my heart. On my receipt, it said “Happy Early Birthday” as my birthday is tomorrow and that sold me. While it may not mean much for everyone, but it was extra special for the attention they put into my prescription. Thank you!

Support this wonderful family owned pharmacy! They have two locations and always are very helpful and pleasant. They always are prompt with refills and text us when ready. My husband and I highly recommend them whenever anyone asks. Such a pleasure to not have to deal with a huge indifferent chain.
