Park Ave Pharmacy

Everyone at the Park Ave Pharmacy was very nice and welcoming. Before Dolly and I arrived, I called to check if the prescription was filled. It was and the pick up was smooth and easy. The store is pretty empty though (not that I needed anything). They seem to have basic OTC medicine along with beer, wine + alcohol which is good to know. Next time I need a bottle of Casamigos, I know where Barbie and I are pulling up. They also seem to accept packages at this location but I’m not sure nor did I ask.

My neighborhood pharmacy is the BEST! I have never been to a pharmacy that can multi-task behind the counter like this one and that has been for 30+ years. They have a unique way with correcting orders, advising on choices of prescriptions and equipment, and promptly and comfortingly offering delivery options and times. And they have helped neighbors throughout this neighborhood in many supportive ways. And they harken back each time to a type of service that some of us might have thought long since disappeared. I encourage you to support them as many diverse customers already do. Thank you Park Avenue Pharmacy!!!

The security guards and the young man who is at the counter are very courteous. The owner and some others who work at Park Ave. are disrespectful and do not take the privacy of interacting while discussing medications and insurance very seriously. Rather than come to the counter to speak, they yell from behind the shelving. The owner recently spent ten minutes explaining (at a raised voice) why filling my prescription made more work for him. My experience with calling to find if my prescription is completed has also been troubling. Poor customer service, inconsistent customer privacy practices and subpar understanding of insurance processing procedures made me move to the Walgreens just up the road. I highly recommend this pharmacy and store. I have had nothing but five star ⭐️ serv

Excellent, EXCELLENT pharmacy! Sean and the rest of the staff are courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and very efficient. I cannot imagine going to any other drugstore anytime soon for my prescription needs.

This is the hands down the best pharmacy I've ever used. I've really become friends with the staff, they know me by name and they always go out of their way to make sure my needs are met. Love the security guy. Seriously makes going to the pharmacy fun
