My husband went here for an appointment for disability & the Dr he seen didn't even look at what he went there for which was his shoulder. Anything she asked him to do like “can you walk a straight line” did not have anything to do with his shoulder besides raise his arm. She was very rude They would not even sign paperwork that plainly stated for the provider to fill out.
