How can full knee replacement be a pleasant experience? Not easily but the staff at Paraham Dr's. made it as pleasant as possible. Everything ran like clock work. From the minute I walked in at 6:00 a.m. until I left the next day at 2 p.m. The nursing staff was top notch and all seemed to enjoy their jobs and working as a team. My case Manager went above and beyond in finding me in-home services. The PT people were encouraging and professional. The food was excellent! All in all, a good place to have Ortho surgery!

I had gone to urgent care and they called the ambulance who arrived quickly. Once at the Hospital l was taken care of immediately. They took the proper test and from beginning to end saw to my comfort. Then l went home. This is a good place to go when you need care.

Mixed but overall ok. Received bill with offer of 20% discount the DAY BEFORE surgery. Bill explained I had 2 days from surgery to respond for discount. Upon arrival was told had to do it then. Day before arrival was told to arrive at an entrance that turned out to be closed. Pre surgery and surgery experience was great. First time I ever went somewhere and the bed covers were warmed, which is nice when all you have on is the gown. All the medical staff was great. They forgot to give my wife a second bag of my clothes, but quickly shipped to my home since I'm over an hour away.
