This was my first time seeing Dr. Chan, I needed a new eyeglasses prescription before the beginning of the school year. I was very impressed with the service I received all the way through my experience. The staff member at the front desk was friendly and patient, and it was very easy to book an appointment (I got one for the next day which was fantastic). Dr. Chan was extremely knowledgable, knew how to explain eye conditions in an easy way so you can understand what's going on, and he was friendly and easy to talk to. Most importantly, Dr. Chan was very thorough and my new glasses prescription is crystal clear. I have been wearing my new glasses for a few days and I still can't believe how well I can see. Dr. Chan is the best! An absolute gift! I’ve been with him for over 20 years, and even though my insurance completely covers other optometrists, I pay out of pocket to see Dr. Chan! He’s THAAAAT worth it!!! You want the best, see Dr. Chan!!!! A+++++++
