Paramount Health and Rehabilitation

I was transferred here from the VA hospital to help build up strength in my leg. The staff here are amazing they go out of there to make you comfortable. When it came to my therapy it was scheduled and set up to my specific needs. If I ever need rehabilitation like this again im definitely coming back if I have the choice.

As an active 86-year-old, I suffered a broken hip in a fall, and after a short hospital stay entered Paramount. After just 5 weeks of great care, physical therapy, I am mobile enough to be discharged home today. The staff was great, always friendly and supportive; worked hard to get me the care I needed. Highly recommend.

This place was awful, unsatisfactory, unsanitary, they left my husband who’s recently paralyzed without bed rolls for most of the day. The staff was rude and didn’t listen to me when I asked questions. My husband accidentally spilt milk and I left it there to see how long it would take for them to clean up and it took 3 1/2 days! I’m usually not a critical person but I was horrified how they treated the rich people to the ones on Medicaid. I talked to a lot of the seniors there and they all had the same complaints. Unless your rich do not send your loved ones there

My mom was a resident here for two separate stays, one long and one short. I can't say enough for the devoted nursing staff who went the extra mile to figure out her medications and essentially give her back her independence. Wounds that scared her vascular surgeon we're expertly healed. The caregivers, housekeeping, kitchen staff, and therapy teams are top notch and I would recommend Paramount to other friends and family without hesitation.

I can't say enough good about the wonderful care my 98-year-old mother received while rehabilitating at Paramount. The staff is so kind and caring. They attended to my mother with great kindness, tenderness, and professionalism. The physical and occupational therapy team worked effectively with Mom to regain her strength, balance, and endurance. The nursing staff monitored all of her pre-existing conditions and medications, and were right on top of everything I had questions about. The CNA's were so considerate and patient with her, treating her with the utmost kindness and respect. The head of nursing and social worker were of great help in planning Mom's discharge process.
