This company does not deserve one star. Avoid this company at all costs. They DO NOT CARE about patients health/needs. That is obvious because they never answer any calls. It goes straight to voicemail with no person's name associated with it so who knows if anyone even checks it. I have to continuously call to request my food formula and supplies. I shouldn't have to call every time to order my food; it should be a scheduled delivery. Of course, this company does not do that and they force you to call. BUT when you do call, they don't respond. Absolutely, the sorriest excuse for a healthcare business. AVOID!!

I fully agree with the numerous negative reviews about Paragon. My experience has been nothing short of unacceptable. I received a billing statement for services rendered on 8/1/24, only to discover that my $6,000 claim was denied by my insurance due to Paragon’s failure to obtain a required prior authorization. When I contacted Paragon to express my concern, the representative casually stated they would inform their supervisor. That was the last I heard from them. No follow-up, no resolution—just another bill. There was no attempt made by Paragon to correct the issue, resubmit the claim, or secure the prior authorization retroactively. Frustrated, I had to take matters into my own hands. I contacted my insurance company, who advised me to file a grievance and gather any supporting docum

Edit: Unfortunately, the service continues to be disappointing. The staff consistently fails to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule, which is incredibly frustrating for families like ours who are juggling work and children. Last week, someone unexpectedly arrived for labs around 10:30 AM when we were expecting them in the afternoon. Additionally, the home health nurse, who was scheduled for 4 PM, arrived around 2 PM without any prior notice, leaving us no time to get home. This morning, yet again, we received a call informing us that they would be coming at a time that suited their schedule, did not communicate with us before scheduling. PARAGON''S claims and billing completely failed in then filing of many multiple claims in 2024 with a major ins co. They totally failed and misfiled the appeals opening me up to many tens of thousands in bills. I spent months reprocessing the 3rd party arbitration process to clear the issues. Very stressful. They gave me a months notiice that my kidney rejection infusion med will no longer be provided due to "a business decsion". I am scrambling to find new care. The clinical side and nurse practioners were awesome. The back office operation incompetent and the business leadership callous and anti-patient. I still have no new provider and am searching. This is the third time my appointment has been canceled, twice for prior authorization failure. Your website states that you will take care of everything, including benefits investigations, PRIOR AUTHORIZATIONS, manufacturer patient assistance programs, and more. However, I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. On the weekend before my scheduled infusion, I was informed that it wouldn't be happening on Monday, which caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. I already took time off work and arrange childcare for nothing. I also had to waste my time and energy calling my doctors and insurance company back and forth to get it rushed approved, and even then, I still won't get it on the date that had been scheduled for six months.
