This was the best experience I Got fillings done on 2 occasions. She numbed and the drilling was the best. The cleaning portion took was a longer wait. But overall my visits were great.

Very Unprofessional! Multiple times have lied about being able to fax or email over dental documents. Will have you waiting for weeks. The receptionist Porsha was very rude and lazy. There's no reason I should have to call 4-5 times along with my ortho to receive my referral. When I called back they turned the phone off.

I had the pleasure of having dental work done by Dr. Aretha Hood. My experience was very positive. I was nervous at first but her assistant, Erica ensured me I wouldn’t feel any pain and she was correct. Dr Hood was very attentive, caring and patient. She did not rush through my procedure and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure as well as her assistant. I’m so happy I found Paradise dental.

Despite the mixed reviews, I decided to give this dental office a chance and I am so glad I did! The customer service upon arrival, the dental assistant and hygienist, all the way to the dentist, gave me superb customer service. I felt very welcomed and comfortable.
