NovaHealth Urgent Care of Southfield

I had a great experience at this Urgent Care. Everything was clean, well organized, and ran smoothly from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. A special thank you to the physician assistant, Hana, who truly went above and beyond. She was kind, attentive, and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I felt genuinely cared for and respected throughout my visit. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care and excellent service.

Every time I come to this urgent care, I leave feeling better. I had to take my 8 year old here for a cut, they stitched it up and gave her some antibiotics and a boot. This place is great with children. Any time someone asks me about a urgent care I tell them to go to Nova! All the doctors are great! The staff is friendly. Best urget care i have ever been to.

The entire staff at NovaHealth Urgent Care was compassionate, skill and knowledgeable. They treated me like a beloved family member and not just a patient. The medical provider told me what was wrong and gave the right medicines and instructions of care, and he gave me the best ice pack that I ever had. In less than a day, my condition greatly improved. I will like to thank everyone at NovaHealth Urgent Care, and I totally recommend to anyone who need medical services.

My Girlfriend and I went in about an hour and a half before they closed and it was our fist visit. We were very happy with our experience! The staff were all so kind and personable, the facility was clean and very up to date, and they took exceptional care of us. This place is awesome and they are open till midnight which is amazing if you’re in a pinch. We would recommend this place to anyone! Will definitely go back when needed

Honestly they are great & the staff DOES care! which when you need medial attention asap you obviously want your care team to care about your health. They are able to do telemedicine as well which is so convenient & amazing. Thank you novaCare for helping my 3 year old son get rid of his infection i appreciate all that your team does for myself and this community
