Tom, the social worker, truly changed our lives. After such a long and stressful journey, he helped bring my husband to Paradigm Woodlands, and I will forever be grateful. From the very beginning, Tom was kind, patient, and understanding. He listened to our situation and genuinely cared about what we were going through. Seeing how calm and comfortable my husband is now means more to me than words can express. It has brought me such peace knowing he is in a place where he is cared for properly. I've been at this facility for about a month now and it has been great. I love the staff and the food has been getting better and better. Come to the facility and I can show you around, there's so much to do here.

My sister was placed here for rehab. The majority of the staff were pleasant and compassionate. Your reception staff were awesome.

I came to this facility for a short term stay and everyone here is nice and pleasant to be around. They stop and listen to your problems and make you feel welcomed from the door. Alexis Cunningham has been the best person I’ve met since being here. She helped me with getting settled and even ate lunch in the dinning room with me so I could experience the salad bar. Her and others made my stay meaningful and fulfilling and I really appreciate that.

This place is disgusting. My mother had to be taken to this place because it was the only place that her Medicaid and Medicare would allow her to stay, but it’s very dirty. The staff looks like they just picked a whole bunch of High school dropouts to work there my mother‘s room is filled with trash. It never gets cleaned. The whole entire facilities stinks like death. My mother has caught Covid from just staying there. I would not advise anyone to bring their loved ones here because they’re just going to be left to fend for themselves. The staff doesn’t even check up on them. I seen one lady going to my mom‘s room and she did nothing. She just looked around and left. The whole environment is very depressing, Some of the Reviews and pictures Look as if they’re very clean and very attentive
