Paradigm at Westbury

The staff offer personal time with the patients. During the day the patients are able to roam the facility with supervision from the staff. They have birds and a movie area, a piano and lots of plants. You can ask front desk staff about admitting loved ones, visitation and volunteer opportunities. The rooms are large, nice and clean. I was able to see my loved one receive physical therapy and saw them improve physically and cognitively.

This place is horrible, don't send your loved ones here. They stold all my dad's clothes, shoes, blankets, everything. They were stealing his commissary i would take him and his snacks also. I believe they were also stealing his meals because he lost a significant amount of weight while he was there. His identity was also stolen while he was in their care and his social security check was stolen one month. I had to call social security and get his benefits again it was a big stressful process. The communication with the people in charge at this facility is terrible, I always got the run around and put on hold. Now they're charging him extra charges even though he paid every month he was there except for the one month that his identity was stolen. He would always have a dirty pamper every t

Paradigm at Westbury has a great team of nurses and social workers that care for your loved ones. The care even continues home with follow ups and after care with nurse practitioners the works. We are very satisfied with the care we received for our Dad.

I had a skilled stay with Paradigm at Westbury very very excellent work The social worker chrissy is the best , DON, Cna, dietary , laundry, front desk, maintenance , activities were all very amazing special shout out to therapy because I couldn't walk when I first admitted and now I am leaving walking and I am leaving valentine day that is nothing but GOD, Thank you so much I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing a skilled stay .love you Westbury In addition shout out to precious with admissions she has been very welcoming since admission .she is very awesome I love precious
