Do not recommend this office at all. The doctors are so cold and rough and have terrible bedside manner, safe yourself the stress. We had 2 separate hospital stays due to the negligence of this office. My son was prescribed an antibiotic that is not recommended for children under 12 and it caused him severe side effects leading to a hospital stay, the doctors at the hospital asked me who prescribed him the medication and said he never should’ve been put on it which was the first red flag. Then I was told by Dr. Shollenberger that my child didn’t have strep even after testing positive and being symptomatic because kids under 7 don’t get strep. Fast forward a few months he ended up with an airway obstruction due to severe recurrent strep and had to get an emergency tonsillectomy. Once again

We have had a fantastic experience at Panda Bear Pediatrics. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. All of the providers listen to our concerns and address them compassionately. We love the extended week day and weekend hours that they offer, especially when our child is sick! Dr. Dominy has been exceptional and a godsend as first time parents.

I spent years with this practice and regret not leaving sooner. The front desk staff are very kind and helpful but the doctors are cold and condescending. Dr Dominy in particular has a terrible bedside manner. After we had waited an hour she commented on the fact that my 15 month old and 3 year old were being too rambunctious. I reminded her that we had been waiting for an hour and she said that’s why she doesn’t like when parents bring more than one child at a time. Then she blamed me for my 15 month old son not talking, saying it was because I was doing too much and I needed to not give him what he wanted until he says the word for the item. He was 15 months. Do yourself a favor and go to Trappe Pediatrics where the doctors are kind and compassionate.

I have been taking my daughter here for about two years now and just started taking my newborn son. I love every single one of the providers. We mainly see Dr. Shollenberger. My daughter loves her and looks forward to her appointments. Every single staff member is friendly and more importantly they are efficient. Every provider is direct with what’s going on and what needs to happen and by reading the other reviews some people may not like that. This is healthcare not a concierge service. Again, highly recommend Panda Bear Pediatrics.

All 3 of our kids have been going here since they were born. Our oldest 5 and youngest 2 yrs old. We love all the drs And especially Mary their nurse practitioner who is so sweet and makes the kids Feel comfortable. They’re quick to get you back to your room and very helpful and insightful. They are always able to squeeze us in with last minute sick visits! The front desk ladies are very personable and keep the kids entertained. We are so glad we found panda bear!
