PanCare Health Dr. Wade Melvin

Don't bother with this place. I've had paperwork i need signed for a LOA i was at this location Monday 07/07/2025 07/08/2025 visited twice on 07/09/2025 sat in there office for 1hr 30min on 07/10/2025. Still my paperwork was not filled out. If you look at there reviews you would understand why I dont recommend this doc or visting. I was nothing but nice with these people. Day after day I was told it would be taken care of an today I was told it was alot of papaerwork an would need another week. I now have to go to my job today leave my 2 weeks notice so I can receive my PTO and PPTO while I now look for another job.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Our community deserves better healthcare and decent human interaction. Teri at the front desk is rude and not helpful. Save your time and pick somewhere else to go for healthcare!!

Maybe it is time to retire. We should be aware that a human being is not just complaining. We are looking for the doctor to care enough to reach out to a family dealing with a potential medical emergency due to the inability to get lifesaving medication in a timely manner. I lost my father a few years back to cancer. During the same time period I almost lost my brother to a massive stroke. It was no small thing what my family has gone through. His medication is not only necessary but vital to his life. I would appreciate if anyone would apologize or try to fix the error they did absolutely make. I would not under any circumstance use Dr. Melvin's office for any medical needs whatsoever. I have been trying for a week now to get a handicap tag paper signed. I hand delivered it to the secretary/front desk woman with a stamp addressed envelope, so as soon as its signed they can just drop it in the mail. I was told they don't receive or send mail. Now that is a balded face lie, that I will not deal with. It is the most unempathetic medical office I have ever dealt with. There is so much more I can add to this review. But you can already see their reviews are 2.7 so that says alot. I highly recommend setting up your GP and medical Dr. with anyone else other than this establishment.

My brother has seizures now since coming home from Iraq. He was left without his medication because they called it in to the wrong pharmacy, and then given the runaround and told he had to wait. In the end, we were told, "if he looks like he is going to have a seizure, take him to the emergency room". If I could give -5 stars, I would. I simply hope this doctor and the "pharmacy" do not cause any more harm to another family. We will be finding another doctor! FYI, they are also closed on Veterans Day. Ironic!!!!
