UPDATE: No one ever touched base with me about my compalint. Do NOT waste your time or money here. There is no one to hold these people accountable for their end all be all God Complex. I have always made it a point, as a local small business owner, to support local businesses but this is one I will no longer patron. When a pharmacist feels its their place to tell me what medication I should be prescribed in their opinion without knowing my medical history or reactions to medication and then refusing to fill a medication I have taken for over 30 years, there is a serious issue. I attempted to reach out to their sister location for help in escalating my concerns and fell flat. If your a pain managed patient don't bother with Panama. I was with this pharmacy for over 15 years, started back when it was Preston Pharmacy. Panama lied to me and couldn't even be straight with me and tell me they we're no longer filling my pain medication. Instead they told me medicine was on back order, along with most all pain medications and to look elsewhere. Very unprofessional to be treated this way. It is hard to find new pharmacies, most tell you they are not taking new patients or they don't carry pain medication. This is a unethical practice. Our care is between out Dr and ourselves and a pharmacy deciding you don't need your medication is not their job. They don't know our medical situations, and denying patients medication is not the way to conduct business with preconceive

The staff and the pharmacist are very informative and helpful. I also love it and they have someone there that speaks Spanish.

Great neighborhood pharmacy. Was once Preston Pharmacy. The old staff is completely gone. New folks are nice but definitely miss the others. Always like to support them over the other known pharmacies.

Despite numerous requests to cease filling certain prescriptions, the pharmacy continues to do so. This has severely impacted my elderly mother, who is now unable to pick up the medications she genuinely needs because the pharmacy insists she must also collect 12 unnecessary prescriptions at the same time due to their "policy" but really its because those prescriptions have Medicare money attached to them. A few months ago, the pharmacy threatened my mother regarding these unwanted prescriptions saying that since we didn't pick them up they will have to stop filling ALL of her prescriptions because "its not enough for them to bother with." (Same thing they said to me when I asked to have an antibiotic filled while picking up other medications for my mother.) We contacted her doctors and c
