Panacea Rx Pharmacy (Retail and Compounding)

I love this pharmacy! I’ve been going here for 7 years now and I LOVE the customer service they provide. There’s hardly ever a wait and a very quick turn around for the medications that you need to be in stock. I love this pharmacy and wouldn’t change them for the world.

I like this pharmacy because they work really fast. I can wait for my prescription to be filled within a few minutes and the medicine is equivalent to that at the leasing pharmacies, the only difference is that their prices are lower and you don't have to wait hours to get your medicine so why would I go any place else. They're the best, the pharmacist even comes up front and talk with costumers and he remembers you when you come in. The costumers service staff are always very friendly as well.

Panacea Pharmacy 8/16/17 The thing that bothers me most about other pharmacies is lack of dependability. I don't like it when some of my prescriptions fail to renew and I don't know it, and I don't like it when some of my pills are left out by mistake and I don't realize it. That is why I really like Panacea - they never forget, never leave anything out, and deliver right on time every month. Nobody else I have ever used has been so good. I like it that they always remember every detail, and no other pharmacy I have ever used has ever been so good. The pharmacy tech didn't believe my prescription was correct so she "discontinued" it forcing me to go back to my doctor for another prescription. I only went back to get my refill to prove to them that they were wrong. I will be having all of my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy. The lady was rude and I felt insulted. She made me feel like a liar. The pharmacist solely relies on the discretion of his techs. He needs to hire pharmacist techs with more empathy or make wiser decisions on his own before he loses more customers. I love to support small business, definitely won't be supporting this one anymore.

I spent 2 days looking for a very specialized medical product and could not find it with any other pharmacy, clinic, or hospital, so I walked into Panacea Pharmacy to ask if they could help. Mr. Manoj and his assistant went out of their way to help me search for the product both nationally and internationally and genuinely offered me their assistance in finding what I needed. When you're desperate and are having no luck, any help is greatly appreciated. They have earned my trust and business and I look forward to helping support this type of friendly, courteous, professional, and genuine service offered here.
