PAMPA (Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine, P.A.)

Very friendly and courteous staff and we love Dr.Smail. She is experienced, listens to your concerns and has helpful suggestions. We feel very confident in her care. We are glad we were switched to her care from another doctor who no longer works there. We have been lucky in getting appointments when we need it and it is helpful that they have Saturday morning appointments for sick visits.

I really like the location and staff at this doctor’s office. It was a little bit of a wait— although, not terrible. The first nurse (male) was very pleasant. He engaged with my kids and showed concern. The doctor was thorough in her observations and explanation. All of which are things that I appreciate. Finally, the nurse that did my kids’ throat swabs was gentle, and efficient. We left with prescriptions and information on how to proceed with care.

Pampa Pediatrics is a trustworthy pediatrics office with knowledgeable and compassionate doctors, nurses and medical staff. Dr. Morgan, was especially helpful when I brought my 3 year old in with a high fever, which ended up being the flu. He spent extra time with us answering questions about my daughter’s health, which I very much appreciated.

Dr Royal is THE best doctor! Her kind and warm bed side manner coupled with her immense knowledge allows me to feel 100% confident she is providing the best care for my children. I feel like she’s a family friend. Can’t say enough good things about her!

Doctor Morgan and the PAMPA team are the absolute best! His hands were some of the first to hold our twin sons.. now 21 years old, we will miss Doctor Morgan and his team. They are patient, thorough, kind & informative. Great pediatric care.
