Daughter needs an expedited form for school athletics clearance. The front desk re: "this is a great lesson for her to not wait till the last minute" and then "it'll be $18 if you want us to sign a piece of paper within the next 24 hours." Seriously? $18 for a signature. Looking for a new primary. Yep -I get it. We're all busy. Thanks for the help.

Bothered by this! Is it just me? Sutter Pediatrics 50 south San Mateo floor 3 - After an office visit, prescribes an inhaler for a child to go back to school. In order for the child to use the inhaler at school a form must be filled out by the prescribing doctor. Sutter Pediatrics takes 3-5 business days to sign the form, but if you are willing to pay $18 they will have it in up to 24hours. Kid has to stay home from school or go without a need inhaler at school because Sutter can't put a signature on it without making you way up to 5 days or paying them. Irritating.

Staff is super slow. Our baby’s check up took over an hour because we were waiting for staff to arrive. Seems that after consolidating offices, service has gotten worse. Bit of a shame for a new office.

My son was running a fever and was struggling with eye pain, so I rushed him to this clinic, hoping for some immediate help. When I arrived, the receptionist informed me that all the doctors were unavailable due to their lunch break, and we would have to wait a couple of hours for the next available appointment. As a solo parent this week, I expressed my urgency since I needed to pick up my daughter from school. Understanding our situation, the receptionist kindly checked with Dr. Anita Kupur, who graciously agreed to see us during her lunch break. Fortunately, my son didn't have any infection, and we are incredibly grateful for the attention we received from Dr. Kupur and the supportive staff. Their compassion made all the difference in our challenging day.

We visited NP Alice Lau for a same-day appointment because our little one had a prolonged fever, and she was wonderful. NP Lau conducted a thorough checkup on our son, engaging him with fun games to keep him entertained during the examination. She provided us with great comfort, addressing all our questions with genuine kindness. NP Lau took her time during the checkup and made a spot-on diagnosis based on her observations. Despite it being our first meeting, she was incredibly warm and made us feel like she had been our son's healthcare provider for years. Thank you, NP Alice!
