tldr: Incompetent and unprofessional front desk Anbrer W. They botched my insurance, forced me to pay hundreds of dollars for services that were fully covered, and showed zero accountability. Completely unacceptable. During check-in, the front desk staff Anbrer W was dismissive and unhelpful when verifying my insurance. I was told that my insurance did not cover certain services and was asked to pay several hundred dollars on the spot, with no clear explanation and no attempt to double-check. The interaction felt rushed and transactional, as if questioning the charge was an inconvenience. After the visit, I contacted my insurance company directly and confirmed that the services were fully covered under my plan. The clinic, staff and patient care are great. The only thing that stopped my rating from being 5 star is the parking situation, it's horrible. By the time I've circled the lot numerous times to find a park I'm almost late and my blood pressure is elevated. Once they get the parking sorted I'll come back and change my rating to ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have been under care of Dr. Tulika Ghosh, a primary health physician at PAMF, Dublin, since February, 2021. I have found her an easy going, compassionate, and caring practitioner. She has been easily accessible and particular in managing my curative as well as preventative health care plans. She is adept at liaising with fellow doctors in managing health issues requiring specialists’ interventions. I would very gladly recommend her as a competent family physician who can be trusted to take overall care of your health problems.

We are seeing Dr. Laura Silverstein for OB/GYN and she is an awesome doctor with details provided every step and answering my basic questions. Also the NST staff are cool especially Monica, who knows the patients and is well versed with the history. Thank you the whole unit for all the work being done.

This review is for the PAMF Cardiac Lab. Made an appointment for a test. Appointment was cancelled at the last minute without checking with the doctor. Staff did not know what they were supposed to do. They checked with the doctor on my insistence and found out that the appointment was actually not cancelled and it was okay to come !! By then it was too late. People manning the phones do not know what they are doing. Myra ( not sure about the name) on the phone was rude. I will avoid this location.
