When I made an appointment here, I had read a couple negative reviews, and figured that happens to every business. I always thought negative reviews were written by people who expect too much from a business. This may be the only case where I would say BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS YOU READ. I was charged for glasses and contact lenses that I never received. The only thing I did receive was 6 months of increasingly less believable excuses - both on the phone and in person. Just save yourself the headache, time, and money, and go somewhere else.

Friendly, professional and competent staff. I have been a patient here over 25 years. I started coming to Puccinelli Optometry in the 90's following a negative experience with two other optometrists. I will continue coming to this office for my ocular needs and will highly recommend this office. I also love the variety of frames and enjoy browsing all the different styles.

While searching for a new Optometrist, I came across their website and did some research and thought I'd give them a try. Their website looked really professional & they appeared to be a decent business. However, I found out otherwise. I reached out multiple times and it took them hours to get back to me. Then when I did receive a text, I responded for an appointment and have not heard back in a week... No Thank You! I have found another Optometrist that was more than accommodating and responded within minutes and got me an appointment ASAP.

This was my first time using this optometrist it was great they took our insurance. The eye exam was very thorough and complete. Placed order for glasses. Took six weeks to receive my glasses timing was due to the covid-19 pandemic. What was not good is they didn't give me an update on my glasses. After 2 weekd started calling 6 times with no reply back. The only way to get ahold of them was to keep calling each day until somebody came in the office. That took me several days to catch someone for an update. Glassrs arrived took me several days to get an appointment to receive my glasses. After receiving glasses they work great.

If I could rate this place a negative, I would have done so My husband and I went here in May 2020 to get our glasses done. We paid full for 3 pairs of glasses and understood that with Covid, there may be a delay. My husband got his glasses in August and the lens were all wrong so we gave it back to them . After numerous unanswered calls to their office which always went to voicemail, with no follow up or reply from them we decided to drop in to check on the status of our glasses a few weeks ago and spoke to Kayla. No apologies either. She said she is unable to answer or reply to over 300 messages. And when we asked her if we could just get a full refund back, she said no. It is Dec.22nd now and we still don’t have our glasses! They have already charged our insurance.
