My father was at this facility for a few weeks and unfortunately we had a bad experience. It is like pulling teeth to get anyone other than the case worker to call you back. He ended up getting pressure sores on his feet when he was in the hospital for weeks before that with no signs of any wounds. Their communication is horrible. You have to call multiple times in order to get someone from the unit on the phone for any type of update. The doctor gives you a card that you can call and leave a message on and was told we will get a call back every time and did anyone call us back? No they did not. When I called to speak to a supervisor or head nurse I was transferred to a voicemail and left a message stating that I was concerned my father had wounds and no one contacted me to tell me about

This was my THIRD time at PAM, let me say my first stay was good, second one was terrible, THIS TIME WAS AMAZING!!! After speaking with Dr. Khokhar in BID and her telling me she was working there now and there has been a lot of changes my wife and I decided to try one more time. Let me say this with only a FEW BLIPS this stay was amazing!!! The wound care team of Carolyn and Ashley were amazing!!! Zero chance my foot wounds after surgery would’ve healed like they did without them!!! The PT and OT teams were simply the best I’ve had!!! Drasti, Nicole, and Erin worked with me the most and had me up, hoping on my good heel with a “hop pivot” to get around until we got a weight bearing clearance!!! The nurses were great that I had but the nurse I had the most during the day was Rhianna and not

Only giving one star because I don't have the ability to give zero. My mother stayed at PAM nearly a year and a half ago for 25 days. I decided to be kind after that stay and give my feedback directly to administration when they contacted me, but now that my mother is rehospitalized and looking for an LTAC and I received word that they would not allow me specifically to stay over as they found me "disturbing to the other patients," I think everyone deserves to know the actual experience they provide here. That claim in and of itself is ridiculous as my mother had a private room I never left, and was in all but 5 hours every single day assisting and filling in for the incredibly overburdened staff. I enabled them to be with their other patients (of which her 1 nurse would be assigned 8 oth

Not a good experience at all. This is a terrible place. My mom had a fever on the discharge day. They collected the blood and urine sample. However, my mom was discharged to Eliot Natick without a clear diagnosis. The family was informed that the Eliot Natick does not have oxygen equipment after my mom was transferred to Eliot. My mom needs oxygen in the night. Eliot rehab decided to transfer my mom to a local hospital ER on the first day because Eliot is not ready. PAM staff did not address the patient situation clearly before the discharge. They didn’t have a good communication to ensure the patient needs some special equipments to take care of the patient to the next level nursing care facility.

There are no words for this place the unbelievable neglect, lack of competent staff caused my sister to decline to the point of no return. Please do your research before sending a loved one here, especially if they have a serious condition. From day one the staff was rude, uninformed and are mostly contract workers. Which I was told on several occasions like that was an excuse for their behavior. The management could have cared less. There is no true security. You self sign in and anyone could just walk in at anytime. There were several times I witness staff yelling and arguing with each other. One time one nurse asking me to report another nurse because they were arguing that one nurse was avoiding the other to give a shift change daily report. Both were on the wrong in the situation.
