I would like to thank Dr. Peter Augustinos and his staff for the professional and outstanding care on an injury to my leg. They made me feel comfortable and reassured that my wound could be successfully treated and gave me guidance on proper caring while at home. I rate them as one of the best specialty clinics I've ever been to including other hospitals in the South Shore and in my 20 years of Military service

My wife goes to Good Samaritan Hospital wound center every other week for wound treatment and is seen by Dr. Peter Augustine and nurse Heidi. They are the most wonderful people that I have met, they have been treating my wife for a little over a year and my wife is making a tremendous come back under GOD and their care. Heidi looks online for the best products for me to change the dressings at home, Dr. Augustine drains anything that needs to be drained for quicker healing. They are an amazing team. First off I’d like to thank the staff here, I had the pleasure of working with Dr Augustino and Jenna. I had a Pilonidal cyst removed in March and the healing process was supposed to be a very lengthy and painful process. Due to the expertise of everyone working in this office it was quite painless and pretty fast healing especially for the type of open wound and healing it is. This was my first surgery ever and I’m very certain if it wasn’t for the wonderful staff here I’d still have a decent sized wound hole and definitely wouldn’t be returning to my normal life and work as fast as I am. My wife and I found this office on our own as we knew we needed a little outside help. They took the time to thoroughly explain how to properly care for my wound and gave me clear instructions on how to prevent it from happening again. They are kind, compassionate, knowledgeable staff. Diane the secretary can make anything work out time wise. She is just wonderful. Rachel my primary nurse knew her job extremely well and put me at ease with her personality. Dr. Augustinos is smart, and doesn’t mess around. He checked on me frequently when I was at the hospital. This wound clinic is exceptionally run there care I would give a A+.
