My husband spent nearly 3 months here after a horrible accident. The entire staff was amazing. Shout out to the nursing staff for taking care of him (us) especially Mary, Brittany, Courtney, and Kim. As well as the therapy staff Shelby and Julie. And Chris the CEO, thanks for listening and being there for us! We’re going to miss that coffee machine and baked potato Wednesdays :).

My husband was sent here after his accident there was good people there and there was a few that was there just for the pay check and didnt really do their job to the beat that they could but the few that really did care and went out and above for him there is Courtney she made us feel like we really matted when he was having a bad day she would take the time out of her day to take just a few more minutes to talk to him and try and help his day get better. There is Berlynn always had a smile on her face and made sure he had what he needed when she was taken care of him and never let anything bring her down and would always try and make his day just a little bit brighter when she could. The care provided to me was great! The nursing staff is really compassionate and jokes around like your own family. Audessy tech was amazing and so was Steffon the nurse. I would come back here if I ever ended up in a hospital agai.

The amount and dosage of Parkinson’s medicine was not correct when given. This caused the patients Parkinson’s symptoms to worsen. This is inexcusable when a hospital is provided written and verbal confirmation of the medicine that the patient needs. Patient also had an alert going off for a clogged tube. After no one came in for ten minutes, even though his room was right by the nurses station, I went to get a nurse. There was one sitting at the desk with ear phones in one ear, doing online shopping with someone else. On another occasion that I went out to the nurses station, the nurse was playing games on her phone.
