PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Jacksonville

The PAM hospital experience was great! My wife was just there for almost three weeks and had excellent care all the way around from the CNAs, to the nurses and doctors. She even loved the food she received three times a day. Adrian and Leslie who did her PT could not have been any kinder or knowledgeable! Wonderful ladies! The folks at the front desk were always very friendly and professional as well. Many thanks to the entire staff at PAM!

My dad is currently hospitalized at this place there are a few staff members there that are quite wonderful. The culture at this hospital feels more like a hospice and not a place where people go to get better. Every time I ask about results nobody knows anything unless I'm there then they'll start to try to find answers for me. He's been there for over 2 weeks now and his health has been declining. I know that my dad is going to die someday yet I wouldn't want him to die at the negligence of these people.

People here are exceptionally nice And very eager to help. Every place has some negative, but I have not found any here. The food is very good from the kitchen. I’m very impressed with the Physical and Occupational Therapist’s I wonder. I look forward to Therapyevery weekday afternoon. Heather PT and Stan OT are both excellent! I am amazed at how much improvement I have had over these few weeks. 🌅🏝️

I am writing this from everyone to know That my Mother was taken to PAM Hospital in very bad condition in near death conditions because of her health condition She needed her long-term facility where she could recover Pam Hospital has given us hope I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care my mother From the moment she arrived, your team's expertise and kindness put our family at ease. In particular, I would like to thank Walt Colvin for immediately jumping into action to make sure that my mom got for antibiotics that the hospital did not provide during transport within a couple of days of my mom has been progressing positive She came in on a ventilator cuz she could not breathe on her own She was on medication to keep her blood pressure going cuz she could not

I am grateful for the dedication and compassion of the entire medical team , therapists and the rest of the staff who diligently worked to help my husband recover from his illness. Friendly smiles and encouraging words also helps patients and their families heal. Keep up the good work!
