Matt was absolutely wonderful, can’t say enough good things about him. Provided great care, kind and compassionate! The ladies in the kitchen were so nice and helpful with helping with food orders. The therapy staff are phenomenal! Thank you to Ally Duffy, Delaney Shertz, Deanne Suarez, Amanda Hennen, Virginia Dittman, Kristin Shockley, Yahir Flores, and Angela Rutherford … all were amazing, kind, encouraging, compassionate and the best of the best! Also, Jen my case manager was very nice and helpful with discharge planning.

My husband had a wonderful stay at PAM Sussex. All of the staff took great care of him! You can tell they really care about all of their patients. The building was very clean and well kept. When he arrived he could barely stand, at discharge he was walking with his walker with more confidence than I have seen in a long time! We would definitely recommend anyone and everyone to come here! We can’t say enough positive things about his stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My experience at PAM was life-changing, and a huge part of that was because of Izzy. She is truly one of a kind—authentic, compassionate, and deeply committed to healing the whole person. Izzy created a space where I could be myself, be transparent, and feel genuinely supported. Lizzy, Adrienne, Kristine and the entire Pam staff all made an incredible team that helped me heal in ways I will never forget. Their care went beyond therapy—it was human, heartfelt, and transformative. I am forever grateful and will carry this experience with me always.

I would like to give a shout out to Pam in the Sussex Campus. I had a wonderful experience there. I appreciate all the nurses, doctors and CNAs. I can honestly say that they did a wonderful job in taking care of me. They are pleasant, kind, considerate, respectful and polite. I would recommend anyone to stay there and know that you are getting genuine care. So I just want to say thank you guys for making me feel very comfortable and keep up the great work.

Facility was beautiful. Cleanliness gets an A plus. Communication is piss poor. My father arrived there around 6pm at the start of his rehab, transferred right from the hospital. Elaine was wonderful with his introductory paperwork. The nurses who came out to get him brought a wheelchair with no feet and just asked my 75 year old father to hold his feet up the entire trip upstairs. Then not a single person came in and explained anything to us. No nurses. Not a single person introduced themselves. We sat there for 2.5 hours before I had to go ask someone what in the world was happening. Was my father going to get his meds what’s the protocol, anything literally someone could have explained anything. Nothing. I was there until after 9pm making sure he was going to get his medications. Some n
