PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Overland Park

I've been inpatient here, I've been outpatient. Here. For both PT &OT. RHOP is second to none. The therapists are awesome at their job, and just all around good people as well. The nursing staff is fantastic, the rest of the staff is equally great. Everyone is welcoming,kind and seems to genuinely care about your care and revovery. My only complaint is that I need therapy in the first place.

Dear Rehab Hospital of Overland Park Team, My name is Malorie, and I am the daughter of one of your patients. My dad recently underwent two laminating surgeries in 2025, the most recent being in October. My husband and I live out of state and were visiting for the month of November. As healthcare professionals, we were eager to get my dad into therapy as soon as possible to support his recovery. With the help of a social worker from KU, we discovered the Rehab Hospital of Overland Park, and I cannot express how grateful we are for this connection. From the moment my dad began his inpatient stay to his discharge and now into outpatient therapy, he has been treated like family. During my visit to the outpatient program, I was truly impressed. The warmth and kindness of the staff stood out

The therapy team is amazing. Extremely helpful. Abbey and Christopher were fabulous. The food is good. The only down side is the dining services team does not get everything on the tray that you ask for very often. I have been delivered trays with creamer instead of butter multiple times, a tray without any silverware and a tray without any drinks just to mention a few issues. You can get things from the nursing staff on the floor but they are very busy and most of the time I didn’t get what I needed before my food was cold. This is absolutely not the nursing staff’s fault. Overall except for dining services staff I was very impressed with my care.

My overall experience at Pam for aqua physical therapy was just short of amazing. My physical therapy assistance were IAN and Kylie they were both very helpful and Kept my Care plan on track. I came in using a walker and in 12 weeks twice a week. I finished up today walking out with no walker no cane no crutches. The pool facilities were more than accommodating with Locker room, restroom and showers right in the same area as the pool. I am happy to say the new owner is making some positive changes to the overall feel of the hospital.

My son was transported to PAM rehabilitation center after being in 4 other hospitals since July 25. He was there for 12 days, had PT and OT for 2 hours a day 3 times a week, and was able to walk with the use of a walker after his release. This facility wants what is best for the patients and does everything in their power to help the patient succeed in a full recovery. Just to mention a few of the staff, Aaricka (receptionist ), Annie, Bryson, Kylie, Kaitlin, (outpatient therapists) Chris (inpatient therapist). It was an overall positive experience and would highly recommend this facility.
