I had an excellent experience at PAM Rehabilitation Hospital of Humble. Devyn at the front desk was incredibly professional and always greeted me by name before I even reached the desk — such a thoughtful, personal touch. Mohamed was also consistently friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Joe, Miss Fran, Vince, and Michelle. They were knowledgeable, uplifting, and made every session enjoyable. They clearly explained each exercise and what part of the body it targeted, which made me feel confident in my progress. This team truly goes above and beyond. I highly recommend PAM. They truly care about their patients, and it shows. This team deserves recognition for the exceptional job they do! Thank You

My journey to PAM Rehab, came about after a negative reaction to a new pain med prescribed by my doctor for a left rotator cuff injury - by way of Memorial Herman ER Summerwood and Herman Memorial NE. My medical POA advocated for OT/PT due to my injury and week long stay in the hospital. I am on my own and needed to be sure that I can take care of myself. From the driver to the medical staff to the physical therapists - the care and attention I received was phenomenal! The nusing and tech team: Brianna, Sandra, Eric, Cynthia, Noreen, and Anerta - to name a few, were very attentative, friendly, caring, efficient, and full of smiles. My mother in law had broken her right femur last April which was 75% recovered then she fell again and broke her left femur 7 months later. Her surgery was at St Luke’s then she went to PAM inpatient care Humble. The care she received at PAM was excellent. The nursing staff along with the care assistants was really good to her. The Doctor she had was great too. Joy knew she was in good hands at PAM. The cafeteria provided her with higher than normal meals while in the hospital. The OT and PT staff very patient, understanding and professional. After being released to out patient care, the OT and PT staff were top notch keeping Joy focused on exercises with strengthening and mobility to get back to the goal of independence. The nurses, the CNA‘s were here to check on me within 5 to 10 minutes during my stay. Tanya was always checking on me throughout my 8 to 9 day stay she always came in with a bright sunny smile on her face and was always polite, courteous and knew her job exquisitely I’d like to thank everyone here at Pam for doing such a wonderful job, but especially Tanya I’d like to take a moment and thank everyone in the rehab center downstairs for Always being on top of their game the OT and PT did amazing job of educating me after my stroke and helping me regain strength I could’ve gone anywhere in the humble area, but when my sister found the Pam unit online, it was a no-brainer that that is where we would choose to go and I am so grateful that I did. Everyone was amazing..

Originally, i put 5 stars but i amending it. Yes this facility is good. Therapy... great. Nurses and doctors...need improvement. They change your entire medication regimen, and then don't send the new pills to your pharmacy. So you are stuck in between medications. They changed mine completely around, and didn't send any scripts to walgreens, like they said they would. Here it is a week later, and I have no meds. Not happy at the moment. The following is the original review. This place is amazing. The therapy team really set me up for success. The nursing staff was very caring and the food was not half bad.
