Ouutstanding staff! Dr. Rachel Thornton is the best I’ve worked with. He is so calm, so even in during with everyone, and she is knowledgeable about all aspects of physical therapy. The rest of the group are also impressive. One massaged my right shoulder, bringing from very stiff to fully functioning. Bottom line: I can’t imagine a facility or staff that I’d rather work with. Thanks for providing such excellence!

My father experienced a week-long stay at this facility to rebuild his strength and endurance after a brief hospitalization. First of all, I would like to emphasize that we encountered many employees that were trying to do a great job, and seemed to care about their patients. The facility was clean, and my father liked the food. Beyond that, however, I was so disappointed by the care he received. To begin with, he was scheduled for three hours of therapy (the standard for "acute rehab") on his first day of therapy only. He was generally scheduled for 1.5-2 hrs daily and it was not unusual for the scheduled therapist to not show up. I am totally disgusted with this place. My mother has been here for 3 days and not one single phone call from anyone concerning anything about my mother. She has severe hearing loss and heavily depends on me to be her ears. I have no idea what's going on with her. I work all day and I try to get up here in the evening to see her and hope that she can try her best to tell me what's going on with her and everything else. Then after an extremely long and stressful day at work, I bust my tail to get up here and am told that the elevator is not working but I can take the stairs. I'm standing here with a walker when I am be told this and I don't have my oxygen. Don't think that's an option at this point. In patient rehab was 5+star all the way * (except perhaps the food). BUT I was there to rehab after reverse shoulder replacement, not resort dining. The truly great result is that I am able to continue as an outpatient with the same incredible therapists!!

Review specifically for Occupational Therapist Derrick= I cannot say enough good things about Derrick. He was very encouraging, basically he taught me to speak after my stroke because there was a lack of speech therapists, he stepped up to the plate and helped as much as he could in OT. He did the OT and then some. My heart cannot tell you how much it means to me. Thank you.
