Palmetto Smiles

We’ve be coming here since my son got teeth (he’s 4 now). We pulled up this morning and he goes “Yay I love coming to the dentist! This is my favorite place”. To me that speaks volumes as an adult that is still working through my own dental fears. Unfortunately we’ve needed a few fillings for my son and even that experience has been enjoyable and positive. I would never choose another dentist for my kids. The dentists here have an amazing balance between educating us as parents and teaching the kids healthy habits . All the staff is amazing! We’ve worked with both Dr. Neiders and Dr Raines.

Great team. Everyone there really goes out of their way to engage with their patients and adults who accompany them.

I love this place! I read a bunch of reviews and compared several places before deciding on Palmetto Smiles, and I know I made the right choice. I’m an adult, getting braces (again), and was hesitant. However, everyone in the office is pleasant. It’s a welcoming atmosphere, and the office itself is gorgeous. Tamara was patient, explaining the process, step-by-step. Vannah was knowledgeable and super friendly. I noticed a teenage boy excited to tell her that he won his game and she was so happy for him. :-) Dr. Mike is cool and down to earth, and Alexis is skilled and awesome!!! I know I’m in good hands!

We've had the best experience at Palmetto Smiles! The staff are so helpful and Dr. Nieders is amazing! We switched after my son had some dental issues. They were quick to get us in and to take care of all of his problems.

I have been so pleased with Dr. Neiders and the entire staff at this office. Everyone is always so incredibly kind and my kids actually look forward to coming to the office to see everyone. All of the team there, from the office staff, hygienists, and doctors are all very good about explaining everything to us. They leave room for questions and never rush through anything. I would recommend this practice to anyone wanting to find dependable dentistry in the Lexington area.
