Palmetto Rehab Physical Therapy

I went to see Kim for pelvic PT, but she ended up also uncovering (because she is a great listener) that my scoliosis was contributing my problems. Kim was able to help me with both! She is excellent at her job - giving you ways to incorporate good functional movement into your every day life and setting goals that are realistic and achievable. She is easy to talk to, which is so important when you’re dealing with such personal issues. She’s helped me tremendously both physically and mentally. I am so happy that I found her! I’d recommend her to anyone, but especially if you are postpartum, you need her in your life!

I want to thank the entire staff at Palmetto Fort Mill. They are extremely professional very caring and I have your interest at heart they take time to explain things. They have a great routine. the entire staff Skylar front desk very professional and organized my appointments, kind, and courteous Rachel and RJ extremely professional knowledgeable, great routine and the others thank all of you. I had rotator cuff surgery and you done amazing job you’re all are heroes.

Kim has helped me so much more than I ever thought I needed!! Going into surgery is scary but so thankful the surgeon suggested physical therapy for the pain I’ve been going through waiting for my surgery date. Kim listens and gives alternative stretches when one is too uncomfortable and she genuinely cares. I feel so blessed to have met her. I highly recommend Kim to any woman suffering from pelvic pain or endometriosis pain. Even on the days I really have to push myself to go, I always leave feeling better and glad I went. 💕

I am about to finish 4 months of PT at Palmetto and I have to tell you it was absolutely the best experience I have ever had!! Not only are they super knowledgeable and professional but they actually care about each individual!!! I have seen people come and go and they treat everyone with the same professionalism as the next. They make you feel at home and very comfortable. It is their main objective to get you better and back to normal and they do it with the utmost care and concern for your needs. I recommend this facility to anyone needing PT. I’m gonna miss them but will continue to recommend them to anyone needing their care!!! You won’t be sorry!!!!

Unprofessional, had 1st appointment in Rock Hill office, was told they would call to schedule follow up appointments after verifying my insurance benefits, a week later i still have not heard from them, clearly all they care about is $ & not about helping patients, front office staff unprofessional i would not recommend
