I have been trying to find a doctor that would help me for weeks I called and they left no stone unturned to make sure I got what I needed. Hands down one the best staff in the area

I absolutely love this office! It's the only office that allows me to set up on same day appointments. Dr. Toledo is very understanding and patient, he is very non-judgemental and doesn't make you feel like you're below him. It's always very clean and prices for blood work/immunization/injections is WAY cheaper than any other place I've been too. CANT SUGGEST THIS OFFICE ENOUGH!

I am so impressed with Palmetto Proactive. Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and they clearly care about their patients. They take time to listen and are completely patient-centric. I have excellent health insurance but I prefer to come here (to a place that does not accept health insurance) simply because the level of care I receive is superior to any other place I've ever been. Highly recommend and I can't say enough good things about them.

By far the best experience I've had in any doctor's office! Every member of the staff has been courteous, kind, caring and communicated with me through every step of my care. I was terrified to have a procedure done to remove a cyst on my cheek but the medical professionals and staff at Palmetto Proactive eased my concerns and did an amazing job! I would recommend them to anyone. I appreciate how wonderful they were.

Great organization depending on what you're looking for. I have a high deductible so went here to save some money and I've heard they're able to give you higher quality of service. The scheduling was great, little wait and able to get me in fairly fast. However, be careful if you're not a member. I went once and paid the one time visit fee and was prescribed a nausea medicine. I called back to see if they could re-prescribe the medicine at their office. They said this was only available for members. I normally don't have many doctors visits in a year, so becoming a member makes absolutely no sense for me. Be aware of one time visits, especially if you'll need medicine prescribed again (without paying for another visit). Good option for people who are sick all the time or if you nee
