Otarre Pointe Medical Park

Made appointment for 10:30, wasn't taken back to a room until 12:00. Doctor came in at 12:35 and said they were still behind and would be waiting longer. Walked out. Why was an appointment allowed to be made with such a delay? Why was I or anyone else not informed of the delays upon check-in? Why was it only the Doctor themselves who took the time to offer any personal explanation for the delays? Completely unprofessional and, frankly, incompetent.

Had appointment for 3 decided to go early at 230 for a physical the medical assistant stuck me wrong for blood she had to call in someone who had more experience and I had to get stuck again (don’t like needles). Sat in patient room for 45 minutes waiting on a doctor just to give me a physical that only took 10 minutes. I didn’t leave out until after 430 for a 10 minute physical appointment for employment. The worst customer service experience in healthcare establishment I ever experienced and I am a healthcare worker for over 15 years and never have I experienced that kind of treatment. The building has multiple offices and depends which office you go they have their own fromt desk personnel. I am very please with the service I got on all the staff. Amy McCraw the Physical / OT Office Manager is very helpful in getting me a scheduled for my hand, I was then seen by Occupational Therapist Victoria Clayton, she's amazing. I will have an on going therapy until I get better. I recommend if you needed a hand therapy, this is a great place to get it.

It's been a long road these past 3 months, but with Otarre Pt. Occupational Physical Therapy....I just finished my last Physical Therapy appt. I can't express how much Mitch(DR. HANKS) Collin, Jonathan, Nikki, Will, and Breanna ! have kept me on the right track to heal....I will ALWAYS RECOMMEND OTTARE PT ! this is the truth...THEY DON'T MAKE IT EASY...THEY MAKE YOU BETTER! You can't just do your visits and expect to get better! You have to listen, and work at home like they tell you ! If you follow what they prescribe...you WILL BE BETTER ! WHAT YOU PUT IN...IS WHAT WHAT GET OUT !...TO OTTARE PT...I THANK YOU FOR MAKING ME BETTER !

Dr.Boose is an AMAZING doctor! he really took the time to educate me on what I was wondering about , answered all my questions, making sure I was okay, and I really felt like he actually cared about my health. 10/10 would recommend him! amazing doctor and I really hope he sees this! being a doctor is definitely his calling!
