Great team at both local locations. They make you feel at home and relaxed, which is really important for infusions. Now, for me, they feel like family.

They were very caring and professional in Pawleys Island, SC. I would give this company 5 stars, but when the company received my order, which is considered urgent, they dropped the ball. Unfortunately I waited 5 business days to follow up with them, and nothing had been done. I had to ask if they had my insurance information, they said no. Had I not asked and given it to them, who knows how long I would have waited. I also felt I had to prod the my order through most of the way. They do have a system where they text you as the stats changes, that is a nice feature. I won’t assume things are in process when I don’t hear from them anymore.

The nurses here are some of the best I’ve ever interacted with! Even if I’m in a low mood before my infusion, their caring and attentive spirit always seem to make me feel better. It’s nice that they notice when you aren’t feeling 100% and ask you how you’re doing. They truly care about all of us and I’m so grateful to have their support. I love Palmetto Infusion!
