The staff here is super friendly and VERY knowledgeable! Cyndi, Amanda, and Sandra all feel like lifelong friends after only a couple visits! Due to some very serious surgeries to my ear, eardrum, skull & brain, I lost a large amount of my hearing in my left ear. I wasn't thrilled about having to get a hearing aid but Cyndi has been so amazing in helping me understand why I need one and how the whole hearing aid process works!!! I feel a lot more comfortable about having one now and really understand how important the device is for myself!! She has helped improve my hearing 100% in my left ear and I am grateful!!!

Being very pessimistic about getting hearing aids, I finally consented to get an appointment with Cyndi, provided my wife get an appointment too. Cyndi did a great job programming the devices, fitting both of us with what we need. I operate a chain saw and go to hear my grandson's synphony, and can hear great! Thanks Cyndi.
