I delivered on February 26, 2026, and I would like to formally recognize the exceptional care I received in the maternity unit. Nurse Chantel and Nurse Jessica provided outstanding support, professionalism, and compassion throughout my labor experience. They were attentive, responsive, and ensured that I felt comfortable, informed, and well cared for at every stage. Their dedication and genuine kindness truly made a meaningful difference during such an important moment in my life. I am sincerely grateful for the excellent care they provided and for helping make my labor and delivery experience a positive and memorable one. 2/27/26 Update; my nurses name was Matthew not Michael. Sorry for my mistake. Matthew needs well deseved recognition. Today was my first time at the Palmetto hospital and I have to say that I am rather impressed. I am currently in room 328 D. and I felt that I needed to emphasize how well I am being cared for by my nurse Matthew and the rest of the staff. I would also like to mention the professionalism, compassion, and teamwork of the staff. I want to thank everyone for making a difficult time bearable.Their attention to detail, and how they have been treating me with dignity, empathy, and respect I will always be grateful for. I highly recommend this hospital.

I want to take a moment to recognize Raymond Chirino, an ICU nurse who gave truly exceptional care to my grandfather. During a time that was stressful and emotional for our family, Raymond stood out not only for his professionalism but also for his compassion and dedication. From the moment he began caring for my grandfather, it was clear that Raymond genuinely cares about his patients. He was attentive, patient, and always made sure my grandfather was comfortable and well looked after. He explained things clearly, answered our family’s questions with kindness, and made us feel reassured during a very difficult time. I would like to report the outstanding performance of Palmetto Hospital. . Barbara on 5 th floor who took blood from my abdomen. . And the stately gentleman who took blood from the back of my hand who's been here for 52 years. . Dr. Luis with respetory. For his work with the respiratory machine we used. . I worked in the Carpenters Union in the 70's when we built Palmetto General Hospital. I have spent over 60 years building a family here and really feel proud I can take them to this hospital knowing the good people there will take good care of...8-24-25 .

We had an excellent experience at the Palmetto Hospital. The entire staff was professional, kind, and made my aunt feel completely at ease. From the moment she checked in, the process was smooth and efficient. The staff in floor 6, were knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, especially Maykel Santana. This men was an angel sent from above with his knowledge and explanation. He ensured my aunt was comfortable throughout the procedure. The facility was spotless and well-organized.
