This review is for Isabel R. The customer service at this place is extremely poor. There’s a lot of miscommunication between the employees, which makes simple issues way more complicated than they should be. The router/service they provided was also unreliable and frustrating to use. Overall, not a good experience — I wouldn’t recommend it based on what I went through.

My mom is currently being treated here. The administration is awesome! They have excellent customer service! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you!

TN in room 102 spent about a month at this facility and he was so comfortable and well-taken care of, it was amazing. His physical therapist did a great job, his nurses were warm and friendly and the rest of the staff were helpful and kind. Most of all, i want to give my thanks to Lakisha in Guest Services for always being there to make Tim laugh and to encourage him, and also to help his wife cope during her many visits. Her help was invaluable. Your staff is amazing. Please let them know!

I spoke with the concierge when I came in with my family. They were very polite and enthusiastic to be there. Very kind and willing to help how they could. Would highly recommend for short and long term care.

What I can say is that Dr.Contreras and and Lisandra Nurse Practitioner they are very attentive, always available, caring, they always swing by to check on their patients they are great and dedicated. there is also Dr.Bhandal, he explained to detail for me to understand everything, very patient. A 5 star isn't enough for them .
