Palmer Professional Pharmacy

What a nice pharmacy. I just moved here from CA and have had a hard time. I did not feel a warm welcome from CT, doctors are difficult to get into and I couldn’t find a compounding pharmacy to help me with my thyroid meds until I found this place. They went out of their way to help me (my legal first name is Grace) and lower the price. In a day when customer service seems to be lacking, they really have excellent customer service. Highly recommend them!!

Absolutely, without a doubt, the very BEST pharmacy that I have ever been to for prescriptions. The prime pharmacist Lou and all of the pharmacy techs are professional and courteous. They fill your prescriptions with alacrity. Lou has extensive knowledge and he truly enjoys interacting with and educating the patients. His charming nature is legendary and I promise you will not be disapointed. Although I live in Stamford, it is worthwhile for me to visit Palmer Pharmacy because peace of mind is priceless. As a physician (internal medicine and rheumatology), I have interacted with many numerous pharmacists over the years and in many states and countries. Palmers pharmacy is a very unique place in the sense that it's service oriented. Unlike big chain companies rushing you out, at Palmers they wants to get to know their customers in order to better serve them. Interestingly this the only place around town you will find where they make up creams, animals medicine, or any special type of compound prescription (all hand made in front of you). The owner Louis is very nice, knowledgeable, and is very open to helping you out with any of your medical needs. This indeed is a very special place, and right next door to the greenwich hospital.

I went to purchase two Bionex covid kits. I was quoted 199$ for the two boxes (4 tests). This is price gouging and disgraceful. Shame on you for hoarding kits and increasing the price. These kits are 27$! in Walgreens.

Just had a conversation with the owner, Lou, he is one of the most unprofessional, unhelpful and rude pharmacists I've ever spoken with. Do not go here.
