Palmer Pharmacy

Very rude and nasty women!! They are judgmental, prejudice, and rotten to the core! How this pharmacy is still open? I have no Idea. For the last six months, I’ve been showing my photo ID via cell phone. I was told as long as I had a picture of it there was no problem because they just need the numbers. Now all of a sudden it’s not OK.. My co-pays are no more than a dollar but who in 2025 carries cash on them? Not very many people so I either have to make sure I have this dollar bill or I have to spend five dollars so I can use my credit card.. Which is totally ridiculous because their prices of things are outrageous just like any other pharmacy! Please get with The times and just order a square because they also don’t accept Apple Pay! Very rude when I call to see if my compression stockings that I was measured for 15 days ago are ready or what the hold up is and was just told it is what it is and they get there when they get there. Mind you they're needed for recovery from a surgery 2 weeks ago and an upcoming surgery in 2 weeks. When I was measured 15 days ago I was told it would be 5 to 7 business days which was fine being I had to wear ace bandages for 4 days. Here we are 15 days later and when I call to inquire they are extremely rude. How about you call the company they come from and see what the hold up is instead of getting irritated with me! Always friendly and courteous. Quick service most of the time.

I have been getting my meds from Palmer for several years now. I appreciate the call backs and even had an employee deliver my meds after she was off work. The staff and pharmacists have always been helpful and respectful to me.

I have used this pharmacy for years and have always had great service. Over the last 12 mos the service has gotten worse with each visit. The staff behind the register are rude and do nothing to explain anything or offer assistance. Medication is never ready for pickup so I started calling ahead which seems to be an annoyance, however, what’s even worse is being told over the phone that everything is ready only to find out it’s not when I arrive. Between the inability to fill prescriptions, the rude staff, and the “computer issues”, I will not be using this pharmacy again and will urge my friends and family to do the same. It’s very unfortunate as I would much rather support a small business vs a large chain company, but I’m going to stick with the one who actually provides good service a
