I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the entire team at Palm Terrace Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center for providing my father with the highest level of care. Our family is beyond grateful and so impressed with the nursing staff, therapists, dietician, doctors, admission and rehabilitation center. With special thanks to Sarah Cormier, Director of Nursing and Sanaz RN/Supervisor. You both took extra time out of your day to understand my fathers needs and ensure he was comfortable and properly cared for. Your kindness and compassion will not be forgotten. I recently spent three weeks at Palm Terrace Rehabilitation Center and want to share how grateful I am for the care I received. Everyone in both the therapy departments and living quarters was kind and helpful, but a few individuals truly stood out: Raphaelle (LVN – day), Daniel (LVN – night), Dillon (wound care), and Sam (CNA). Their compassion, professionalism, and attentiveness made such a difference in my recovery. They treated me with dignity and genuine care every single day. In Physical Therapy, I worked most closely with Jordan and Nathan. They were motivating, knowledgeable, and incredibly encouraging. They helped me regain strength and confidence in ways I will never forget. I am so thankful for the wonderful team who helped me through a challenging time.

The care team here is excellent—from reception to the nurses, CNAs, physical and occupational therapy, doctors, and administration. Everyone has been exceptional, consistently listening and addressing concerns. It’s so important to advocate for your loved one’s care, and this team handles those needs with such grace. The facility serves residents with many different levels of functioning, and it’s always active and engaging. I love seeing people in the halls, sitting outside enjoying the fresh air on patio, and participating in daily activities. There’s always something to do, from bingo to crafts, and plenty of opportunities to change the scenery. Overall, the care is outstanding. My only complaint is that the facility needs more frequent cleaning in both common areas and residents’ ro

My mother is thriving there. She has been there since August 2025. She is doing so much better here and is thriving compared to how she was living in a relatives home just sitting in a room for six months. She loves all the activities and her caregivers are awesome. We just celebrated her 91st birthday here.

Lovely nurses work here super dedicated team. Calm and quiet environment perfect for recovery. Rehab team is amazing, administrative staff super responsive as well. It’s a rare gem, a skilled nursing that truly cares.
